Ambassadors for nature

A balanced space
Domestic gardens collectively cover a larger area than all of the UK’s national parks, so we do everything we can to encourage as much biodiversity as possible.
This could be through introducing a rich colour palette of pollinators or careful planting of hedges, climbing plants, and wildflower meadows. Water features – even as simple as dishes and troughs – can play a crucial role, and in urban developments living walls and green roofs can create habitats in unexpected places.

Thinking Bigger
Beyond the spaces we create we’re always looking for ways to make our operations more sustainable.
We recently set up our own compost facility so we can take green waste away from projects compost it down and uses that high-quality organic matter in our future projects.

In my lifetime, we’ve seen a decline of native species – hedgehogs, kingfishers, birds – all affected by our actions. In every space, we want to do all we can to introduce nature back into the garden.
Tom Hearn, Director
We hear from clients all the time who are amazed at the difference it can make in such a short space, with bees, birds, and insects returning within weeks.
